Refund And Cancellation Policy

 

1. Introduction

Ahilya Gramin Livelihood Foundation provides financial services including business loans and related support services.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which loan applications or services may be cancelled and whether any refunds are applicable.

2. Loan Application Cancellation

Borrowers may cancel their loan application before loan approval or disbursement by contacting our support team.

If the loan has not been disbursed, the application can be cancelled without any repayment obligation.

3.Processing Fee Refund

Processing fees are generally non-refundable once the loan application has been processed.

However, refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • duplicate payment
  • technical error during payment
  • unsuccessful loan application where fee refund is approved by management

4. Loan Cancellation After Disbursement

Once the loan amount has been disbursed to the borrower’s bank account, the loan cannot be cancelled.

However, the borrower may choose to prepay the loan partially or fully as per the terms of the loan agreement.

5. Payment Failure or Duplicate Payment

In case of:

  • payment failure
  • duplicate payment
  • technical errors in transaction

the borrower may contact customer support.

After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited through the same mode of payment used during the transaction.
