RAJ KUMAR KUSHWAHA
Managing Director
Raj Kumar Kushwaha previously served in the Merchant Navy for several years. After gaining extensive professional experience, he decided to dedicate his efforts toward serving society and supporting underprivileged communities.
With a vision to empower economically weaker sections through financial inclusion, he founded Ahilya Gramin Livelihood Foundation, a non-profit microfinance organization committed to improving livelihoods.
As Managing Director, he leads the organization with dedication, focusing on responsible financial services, team leadership, and community development initiatives.

SUNNY SINGH
Director Cum General Manager
Sunny Singh is a computer engineer and a young professional with a strong passion for social development. He joined Ahilya Gramin Livelihood Foundation with the vision of improving the livelihoods of economically active individuals who have limited access to formal financial institutions.
He actively manages field operations and supports the loan collection and customer service teams. In addition, he uses his technical expertise to improve operational systems and help the organization function efficiently.

KANCHAN KUMARI
Group Head – Human Resources
Kanchan Kumari is the Group Head of Human Resources at Ahilya Gramin Livelihood Foundation. She manages recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
She oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation to ensure a productive work environment.
She also ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while aligning workforce strategies with business goals, playing a key role in building a motivated and high-performing team.
ASHOK KUMAR PANDEY
Legal Advisor
Ashok Kumar Pandey is an experienced advocate with over 15 years of legal practice in Buxar. He represents Ahilya Gramin Livelihood Foundation in all legal and compliance-related matters.
He also serves as a legal advisor to Punjab National Bank in Buxar. His expertise includes legal advisory, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.
